- You pay from your wallet — top it up with Binance Pay.
- Stock products are delivered the moment payment confirms; activation products are done by our team.
- If a product stops working during its warranty, we replace it — or refund the unused warranty days to your wallet.
- Wallet balance is for shopping at Shope Store; it can't be withdrawn.
1. About these terms
Shope Store sells digital products — accounts, subscriptions, licence and promo codes, and activations on your own account — through this website and the Telegram bot @ShopeStore_bot. The website and the bot are one shop: the same account, wallet, orders and prices.
By creating an account, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the shop.
2. Your account
- Use an email address you can open — sign-in codes, password resets and order notices are sent there.
- Keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor sign-in (Account → Password & 2FA) for extra protection. Anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
- One person, one account. Accounts made to collect extra freebies, referral bonuses or first-order offers may be closed, and what they collected taken back.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of the shop or of our team, or to break these terms.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay, with any discount you qualify for already applied. Offers don't stack — you always get the single lowest price you qualify for, whether that's a discount or a bulk price.
- Orders are paid from your wallet balance. You can top it up with Binance Pay (minimum $1.00); paying for one order you can also pay just the difference.
- Payments are confirmed automatically. Send the exact amount, in the currency and on the network shown, before the payment page expires. For a transfer you verify with a transaction ID, submit it straight away — transfers older than 10 minutes can't be verified automatically.
- A payment sent to the wrong network or address, in the wrong amount, or after the page expired may not be recoverable. Contact support at once with the transaction ID and we'll do what we can.
- Prices can change at any time. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.
4. Your wallet
- Your wallet balance is credit for Shope Store — spend it on anything in the shop, here or in the bot.
- It can't be withdrawn, cashed out or sent to someone else, and it doesn't earn interest.
- Refunds, warranty compensation and referral bonuses are paid into your wallet. Every movement is listed under Wallet, with the balance it left.
5. Delivery
- Stock products and codes are delivered the moment payment confirms, on the order's page (and in the bot, if you bought there). They're saved under My orders.
- Activation products are set up on your own account. After paying, you send the details we ask for from the order's page; our team activates it and lets you know. This is done by hand, so it can take some time — we work through requests as quickly as we can.
- Follow the "How to use" instructions that come with an order. Keep what you receive private — anything you share with others is out of our control.
- If we can't deliver something you've paid for — for example it sold out while you were paying — the amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
6. Warranty and replacements
Each product page shows its warranty. It starts when the order is delivered and covers the product stopping working through no fault of yours.
How to claim
Open Replacements (or the order's page, or /replace in the bot), pick the order and tell us what's wrong. You'll get a Replacement ID, and our answer arrives on the site, in Notifications and in the bot. One request can be open per order, and up to 3 at a time.
What happens next
We check the request. If it's covered, the rest of your warranty is honoured in one of two ways:
when the same product is available and its price hasn't gone up by more than 20% from what you paid. It costs you nothing, and it carries the warranty days you had left — it doesn't start a new warranty.
when the product is no longer available, or its price has gone up by more than 20%. You get back the part of the price that matches the warranty days left:
price you paid × days of warranty left ÷ total warranty days
Example: you paid $12.00 for a product with a 360-day warranty, and it stopped working after 120 days. 240 days were left, so $12.00 × 240 ÷ 360 = $8.00 goes to your wallet.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Changing a password, email, phone number or recovery details when the instructions say not to, or sharing the account with others.
- Breaking the rules of the service itself (for example using it in a way its provider bans), or using more devices or seats than the product includes.
- Products sold with no warranty, orders whose warranty has ended, and problems on your side — your device, network or region.
- Changes the service's provider makes to its features or content.
7. Refunds
Our products are digital and delivered at once, so a delivered order can't be returned or cancelled because you changed your mind. You do get your money back — into your wallet — when:
- we couldn't deliver what you paid for;
- an activation can't be completed by our team;
- the warranty rules above call for a refund of the unused warranty days.
Trying to reverse or dispute a payment you've been given the product for, or claiming a problem that isn't real, gets the account suspended.
8. Discounts, freebies and referrals
- Discounts, bulk prices and freebies run for as long as we choose, can have conditions (shown on the Deals and Freebies pages) and may end or change at any time. A deal with a timer ends when the timer runs out.
- Each freebie can be claimed once per person, while it lasts.
- With the referral programme you earn 2% of the deposits made by friends who join through your link, paid into your wallet. Accounts you create yourself, or made from your own device or network, don't count — and bonuses earned that way are taken back.
9. Using what you buy
Products are for lawful use only. You're responsible for using them in line with the rules of the service they belong to. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe is part of fraud, in which case any payment goes back to your wallet.
10. Our responsibility
The services we sell access to are run by third parties. They can change their features, prices or rules, and we have no control over that. We do our best to keep everything we sell working and to help quickly when it doesn't. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a payment method or change how something works. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.
